Have your party at Crazy Climb, an exciting climbing playground with a range of advanced challenges including spinning holds, spider webs and balancing towers all protected with automatic safety devices.
The Crazy Climb session includes a 30-minute safety brief and an hour of climbing. This is a mixed group session with up to 24 participants total (including your group). Adults can watch from our viewing platform or help attach the kids to their lines! Just speak to your instructor during the briefing.
Your decorated party room is available from 15 minutes before the end of the session, then for 45 minutes after. Once all of your group is in the party room, the party food will be served – all included in the party package price! Our fresh homemade pizzas are sure to be a hit!
– Please note that we are unable to accommodate parties in our café, but you are welcome to take any drinks or food through from our café to have in our party rooms.

Crazy Climb session followed by 45 minutes in a party room with food (pizza & cookies). The room is available for 15 minutes before the end of the Crazy Climb Session to allow time for parents to get set up (so the room is hired out for 1 hour in total).
Please note that we are unable to accommodate parties bringing their own food into the café after sessions.
Our doors open at 10am. Please arrive promptly for the start of your session and make sure you allow yourself time to check in, use the toilet and wait for others to arrive. At the start of your session, there will be a 30-minute safety briefing. Participants who are 15 minutes or more late to the session will miss the safety briefing and harnessing and therefore may not be able to participate.
What to Wear – You must wear closed-toe shoes to your session, trainers are ideal. No sandals or wellies! We recommend long sleeves and leggings, tracksuit trousers or other loose-fitting activewear. Please remove jewellery and tie back long hair.
Approximately the first half hour is briefing, kitting-up and practice, followed by about 55 mins of climbing with 5 minutes at the end to de-kit and say goodbye.
Under 5s – This session is not appropriate for children 5 years old or under.
5 – 7 year olds – They may need an accompanying adult to help them clip in and out. The adult must watch the safety brief (the clipper does not pay).
8 – 17 year olds – This age group can normally use the self-clipping system unaided, so can participate without an accompanying adult. We therefore prefer adults accompanying this age group to watch from outside the arena. However, please do not bring more than one spectator per group.
Participants aged 5-17 must be accompanied by an adult to check in each visit and must stay in the building throughout the session.
SEND Participants – it is up to the participants, and those accompanying SEND participants, to judge if the session is appropriate. We normally ask that accompanying adults of SEND participants come into the arena to assist with safety and clipping in and out. Accompanying adults must watch the safety brief.
Open Session – This is an open session, so you will be joined by other participants during the climbing. The party is held in a private room.
You can cancel your bookings so long as you give us reasonable notice. This is different depending on what type of session you have booked.
Single Sessions: 72 hrs notice required
Parties: 7 days notice required.
Term Bookings: 7 days notice required (from the first session)
