Book out the whole space at a time to suit you by organising a bespoke session. We will provide a full safety briefing before the session as well as supervising the group throughout.

We welcome a diverse range of climbers through our door and always want to ensure we give you the best experience possible. If your child has a special educational need or a disability, some sessions may be more appropriate than others e.g. less busy and quieter music. We would recommend giving our reception a call to discuss your needs and help find you the best option.
You can cancel your bookings so long as you give us reasonable notice. This is different depending on what type of session you have booked.
Single Sessions: 72 hrs notice required
Parties: 7 days notice required.
Term Bookings: 7 days notice required (from the first session)

Using a LOtC Quality Badge reduces a school’s paperwork and makes taking their students off-site easier.
