If a parent already has a Standard or Concession Membership, you may be able to add the young climber as a Family Bolt-On for just £14.99 per month. Family Bolt-Ons must be set up in-store.

Prepaid Memberships:
Your prepaid membership will be billed once, upfront. There are no ongoing payments; once the membership has expired, you will be returned to a PAYG customer.

● Prepaid memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
● Freeze your prepaid membership for up to 3 months in any 12-month period.
● Add under 18s to your membership for a monthly fee for the remaining time on your membership. You must be checked-in and in the climbing area when they are climbing.

Monthly Subscription Memberships:
Your monthly subscription will be automatically billed monthly on, or just after, the 1st of each month.

● To terminate or freeze your membership, you must complete a digital membership
change form on our website or in-house kiosks no later than 5 days before the end

You can freeze your membership for 1, 2 or 3 whole calendar months, starting from the 1st of a given month. If you wish to return early, you’ll pay the pro-rated amount of your membership.

The Family Bolt-On allows eligible members to add an Under 18 climber to their membership at a reduced monthly rate.
● Family Bolt-Ons are available to Standard and Concession members only. Student and Under 18 members are not eligible.
● Family Bolt-On climbers must be direct family members of the adult member and may not be used for friends or unrelated individuals.
● Each adult membership is intended to support a reasonable number of dependents (typically 1–3 children). Where usage falls outside of this policy, a standalone Under 18 membership must be purchased.
● Under 18 climbers using a Family Bolt-On must comply with all centre supervision, registration and competency requirements.
● We reserve the right to review, suspend or remove Family Bolt-On access, and to change the pricing and benefits of the scheme at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and on our website (changes will not be applied retrospectively).
Punch Card:
Your punch card will be billed once, upfront. There are no ongoing payments, once the punches expire, you will be returned to a PAYG customer. Punch card perks expire after the final punch has been used.
● Single payment, no ongoing payments.
● Non-refundable unless the entire purchase is completely unused, including associated perks.
● Non-transferable to other customers.
